Netflix has released teaser trailer of upcoming emotional drama series “Maid” on Tuesday, 24 August 2021. Maid Netflix original series is inspired from the real life best-selling memoir Maid: Hard Work, Low Pay, and a Mother’s Will to Survive by Stephanie Land. In the story Margaret Qualley portrays young mother and Andie MacDowell her mother, it seems their relationship is not on the best terms.

The synopsis of Maid Netflix series follows the Alex Russell (Margaret Qualley), single struggling mom who works on cleaning homes to help herself and her little daughter. After that she escapes from abusive relationship with her partner. During long demanding hours of work she into storytelling about the homes and the lives of rich clients who serve as inspiration for her short stories. If we look into the trailer we get to see, Russell telling about a women who lives in “the big houses that on the cover magazines, has a personal trainer and financial advisor. Spent her entire Saturday on hot stone massages and reading books.”

Maid series is co-created by John wells and Molly Smetzler collaborated with two Margot Robbie’s production company and Lucky Champ Entertainment. According to Stephanie Land, “I wrote a book so people who struggle to get by could see themselves represented in an authentic way, and they could not feel alone. MAID Series on Netflix is inspired by my book, which continues that legacy in ways that absolutely blow my mind.”

Maid original Netflix series is set to be premiere on 1 October 2021 in Netflix streaming platform. Maid is a story of a single mother who fleeing an abusive relationship, a young mother finds a job cleaning houses as she fights to provide for her child and build them a better future.
